Overlooking Lake Inchiquin, Corofin is a traditional angling centre which is ideally located for exploring the world famous Burren landscape with its abundance of exotic flora and limestone crevices. Closer to the cottages, and well worth a visit, are Dysart O'Dea's archeology Centre and the Clare Heritage centre.
