## Space
The apartment consists of one bedroom with a king-size double bed. You will find plenty of storage space in the bedroom, and our cleaners prepare the bed with hotel quality linen before every visit. Our apartment also features an open-plan living/dining room that looks out over a balcony to the shared landscaped garden. A separate fully fitted kitchen is well equipped, including a dishwasher, a washer dryer and everything you need if you opt to prepare a meal in for the evening. The modern bathroom has an electric shower and we supply hand wash, shower gel and shampoo for our guests, leaving less for you to pack!

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a secured residential apartment block. Wheelchair accessible.
A parking space is included in the rental, accessed by gate code.

Quiet, residential area, yet just minutes away from lots of bars and restaurants. Pharmacy, Dry-cleaners and Good Food Store are just around the corner, as is the "Orange Goat" Coffee Shop/Bistro.

Ample choices, from buses, trains (Dart) and taxis. Nice local walks nearby, including Herbert Park, Dodder River walk & Sandymount beach.
## Notes
Our apartment is very close to the RDS, Aviva Stadium, 3-Arena, UCD, Vincent's Hospital and many foreign embassies.
Just a short walk to city buses and trains. 30 minute walk to the city centre, Grafton St. area.
Air coach direct bus service (Route 702) from Dublin Airport to RDS/Clayton Hotel. Apartment is 5 min walk from hotel.
