Recently refurbished to high standards, this is a fabulous three bedroom New Town home from home. Fettes Row is a pretty Georgian Street which runs off Dundas Street. There are great local shops and cafes in the neighbourhood. Stockbridge is a short walk away as it George Street, so this is a great location. It's easy to walk around Edinburgh from here and buses to Princes Street and the Old Town are available locally on Dundas Street. As soon as you walk into this lovely home, you'll see that it's much cared for and that the standards are high. It is the UK home for the family who own it and live abroad but stay here for several months a year. They've recently bought it and refurbished it to high standards and it's very comfortable. You walk down some steps to the front door. The home has two floors and you enter on the upper floor. The sitting room is a very attractive space with lots of lovely comfortable sofas, a huge smart TV and a desk by a pretty window. You'll enjoy relaxing and socialising here. The star of the show here is the fabulous dining kitchen which has double doors which lead onto a private patio and beyond to the shared garden. The kitchen is very well equipped for dining at home and there's a huge dining table with comfy chairs to seat 8 very comfortably. This is a great home for entertaining. On this upper level you'll also find a bathroom with a jacuzzi bath and shower over, a boot room with lots of hanging space and a utility room. Downstairs you'll find the pretty bedrooms which have all be attractively furnished. The bedding throughout is great quality, so you'll sleep well here and as the bedrooms are in the basement, they are lovely and quiet. They all have good storage. The main bedroom is a super king, the second bedroom is a kingsize and the smallest bedroom is a double (which can only be accessed from one side.) There's also a shower room on this level. Guests are going to have the most wonderful time, staying in this fabulous home.
