Positive: You can collect the keys in person during a very short window, otherwise they will put in a lockbox. Not a problem. The room was small, but fine for a short stay. There is a common room with kitchen facilities and seating. They let me leave my car there while I did a bicycle tour.

Negative: It's a bit out from town, but not too bad to walk in or to catch a bus.

Summary: Great value in a compact space.
