Positive: Thought it was well designed. Separation of bedroom & living room, gave feeling of space. Bedroom a good size. Apt. Comfortable and warm. Built for efficiency, ease, simplicity. Beautifully quiet. Ideal location. Lovely sea view. Vat & Agent fees push up the price but when shared, not so bad. Value for money compared to hotels. Much more freedom & relaxation in Arus An Gratin. Thank you I enjoyed my stay immensely and feel the benefit. Would give Arus An Gratin the thumbs up. Nice and warm. Imelda Kearney

Negative: Probably requires more kitchen equipment - dishes etc. Some repairs needed - door handle in the bathroom - window latches. A smart TV would be very welcome. Access to You Tube it may have that but wouldn't care to tap in my phone or email for access. Watch as a guest exists on smart TV..
