Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The room was nicely presented, clean and comfortable. Delighted to see that the room now has wood flooring which I find more fresh and hygienic. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices, staff were very efficient and attentive in the dining room. Bar staff were also very pleasant and helpful. Reception girl"s greeting on the morning of checkout was less than friendly with a "yes" when I went to desk and 'thanks' when I said what room I was checking out from. Apart of that this hotel is very pleasant.

Negative: As above.
