St James Street is a brilliantly located and spacious open plan studio apartment. It is ''beside the seaside'' located in exciting part of Brighton called Kemptown. Right on your doorstep is the lively St. James's Street offering plenty of bars, clubs and cafes, quirky boutiques and antiques shops and more! Head to the sea front and in less than two minutes you will find stunning pebbled beach with turquoise sea water.

We are located just seconds from the main seafront. In terms of location it really doesnt get much better for easy access to the beach which is seconds from the front door. The restaurants and bars of St. James and Kemp Town are all on your door step, and offer a diverse choice to suit all tastes and budgets. It is a five minute walk to Brighton Pier, Brighton's Royal Pavilion, the world famous Lanes and the North Laine area which is packed with over 600 independent retailers selling everything from antiques to vegetarian shoes.
Travelling by car: There is no allocated parking as the apartment is so central. Closest carpark that you can park for 24 hours or more is Churchill square carpark they charge £24 per day alternatively there is a website where you can locate cheaper private spots called Just Park.
Travelling by train: The local station will be Brighton train station. Taxi from Brighton station to the flat will costs around £6, please check prior to stay as it may vary depending on time of travel. Id recommend you walk and take in some of the quirky Brighton sites on your way, the walk takes 15 minutes, or take any of the following buses- 1, 2, 7, 37 buses. You need to get off at St James street.

The bright and airy bedroom area has a king size bed made up with hotel quality bed linen for extra comfort.
The bathroom has a large shower and we provide fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries for each guest.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need to prepare delicious meal should you decide to stay in. Complimentary teas and coffees are included for your stay.
Iron with ironing board are provided too and you can use washing machine should you decide to wash your clothes.
Please note, the property is on the 3rd level and there are 3 flights of stairs.
