Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Room was terrific. All public areas were spotlessly clean and tidy. Very nice atmosphere. Fragrances in the air, too, which was nice. Staff helped out with a request for an extra bed in a family room, at no extra cost. All staff encountered were outgoing and friendly. Breakfast was delicious.

Negative: Breakfast- the greeting/welcome desk was a long way from the buffet and the tables. It wasn't obvious what was on offer for full Irish and continental breakfasts. Dining room/breakfast area were less than 'cosy' - lots of open floor area gave a feeling of emptiness.
