Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: It was very spacious, beautifully designed and decorated, very warm and comfortable and surprisingly quiet for such a central location. The kitchen is very well stocked and has everything you need to make a huge Christmas dinner!! All the shops and Christmas attractions were within easy walking distance and we had a wonderful time exploring the city.

Negative: There were some things in the flat that needed attention and although we highlighted this to the property company by message on Booking.com, no one got back to us at the time or since. The stairwell was in a very poor state of repair, no lighting and actually looked derelict. It is apparently being renovated and I understand that this is outside the owners control, but I believe there is a legal duty of care to ensure safety of all visitors.

Summary: A fabulous family Christmas holiday in an equally fabulous city!!
