This fabulous property is the perfect location for a large family group to be together. It is finished to a very high standard with all modern amenities. Luxury is high in this house and it is decorated very tastefully to give that home from home feeling whilst on holiday. The huge secure plot has garden, patio and is surrounded by walls and fencing. This house is fab, makes the perfect base to explore the North West and definitely promises not to disappoint! Ground Floor: Kitchen, Utility, Dining Room, Playroom, 2 Living Rooms, Twin Bedroom and WC First Floor: 4 Bedrooms (2 ensuite) and Main Bathroom The large property sits on a private 2500m2 site with gardens, patio area and allows lots of room for kids to play securely. Use of the climbing frame and swing/slide set is very popular with our families. I live nearby the property and am available during the stay for any queries you may have. Carrowreagh, Bridgend is centrally located at one of the Gateways to Donegal making it the perfect base to explore the North West region. Bridgend is 4.5km; City of Derry is only 8km; Buncrana 16km and Letterkenny 25km. The property is a 4.5km from the nearest village of Bridgend which has a network of buses connecting there to the major towns and nearby cities. However Donegal is very scenic with some of the outstanding vantage points found off the beaten track. Use of a car would make for a more enjoyable stay in order to explore the area. It is important that all our guests treat the property with respect and do not damage any of our facilities. PLEASE NOTE: Hire of the property for formal after parties, etc, hen/stag parties or for large groups of young adults is strictly forbidden. No exceptions!!!
