Coolclogher House is an elegant historical manor set in a secluded private estate with walled gardens covering 68 acres in the midst of the magnificent Killarney National Park. Constructed in 1746 and refurbished to perfection to resemble the original architecture, the manor now offers guests the opportunity to live in one of the most spectacular settings in Ireland. Coolclogher House is peaceful and secluded but at the same time is just a pleasant walking distance away from the town of Killarney. The manor is the perfect solution for any visitor to the south-west region of Ireland.
The manor is designed to accommodate up to 14 guests in the seven large bedrooms that are individually decorated to perfection. All the bedrooms are en-suite with eight bathrooms in total. The beds are designed to be either super king or twin to meet the needs of the guests. More beds may be provided as needed. Each bedroom has magnificent views to the estate gardens and the surrounding countryside.
Large windows in the manor are designed to ensure that the rooms are flooded with natural light while at the same time providing magnificent views to the gardens and the backdrop of the mountains.
Accomodation
The manor house can comfortably accommodate a maximum of 14 people in its seven spacious rooms, each with a unique theme. All the rooms have en-suite bathrooms, with a total of eight bathrooms in the house.
Beds can be set up as luxurious super king or twin bedded rooms according to the needs of the group. Extra beds can be added if necessary. Each room has breathtaking views of the estate grounds through uninterrupted windows.
Large windows allow plenty of natural light to enter the rooms while providing a view of the gardens and the majestic mountains in the background.

There are two large drawing rooms for relaxing by the open fire with an extensive library of books and board games to be enjoyed by all. The grand entrance hall has been designed for entertaining with drinks parties and musical nights, and the beautiful formal dining room provides the opportunity for dining together in style.
Located adjacent to the dining room is the beautiful conservatory with its extraordinary 200-year-old indoor camellia tree that blooms each year between February and April.
The manor house has been beautifully decorated with antiques and artwork to reflect its heritage and provides a refined and warm atmosphere.
Kitchen & Dining
The spacious country kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary for cooking for family and friends and is perfect for casual dining while enjoying the views of the estate. Local supermarkets, butchers, fishmongers, and vegetable stalls are also just a five-minute drive away, with some offering delivery services.
For those who do not wish to cook, we would be happy to recommend a private chef or catering service who can cook for you at the manor, or you can arrange for freshly prepared meals to be delivered for your convenience after a day of sightseeing.
