Positive: Bed was comfortable

Negative: Air con wasn't sufficient for the sun beaming in the glass front, so room got unreasonably hot during the day compared to outside temps (which weren't that hot) Bar staff were useless. Not sure they'd ever poured a drink or used a till before. Breakfast was very low quality - absolute rip off for about £16 each! Room overall was heavily overpriced at £179 a night. Have stayed in better hotels in Central London for that price, rather than a budget hotel on a retail park in the middle of nowhere on the A303

Summary: Overpriced, but not awful. Skip the breakfast though
