Situated in a great location just south of Blandford Forum and yet within easy driving of Wimborne Minster, Poole, Bournemouth and Dorchester. This semi-detached cottage with a gated entrance,is set on the owner’s smallholding, with chickens, ducks, goats and sheep, which the children will love to see. The cottage is an ideal base for a holiday in Dorset, being set back from the main A354, making very easy access for exploring this wonderful part of Dorset. Within easy reach are Athelhampton, Kingston Lacy, and nearby Wareham or for family fun days, visit the Bovington Tank Museum and Monkey World. Further south is Swanage with Corfe Castle and the Swanage Railway, or for some spectacular scenery and walking, there is Studland Bay, the Purbecks and Lulworth Cove on the World Heritage Jurassic Coast. Poole and Bournemouth with their lovely beaches and water activities are well worth a visit. There is so much to do in this lovely location for a memorable holiday. Beach 14 miles.
