This beautiful & spacious Victorian 3/4 bedroom townhouse is located in the heart of trendy Portobello on the banks of the Grand Canal and is surrounded by buzzing cafes, restaurants & bars. A short walk from Grafton St, Trinity College & Guinness Storehouse with their shops & tourist attractions, and Camden St, Dame St & Temple Bar with their restaurants & nightlife while the Harcourt tram stop is 10mins away. Perfect for families/groups needing a luxury space to unwind in after a long day. This period townhouse built c. 1830 is registered on the National Inventory of Architectural Heritage and sits in an Architectural Conservation Area. The house was fully renovated & modernised in recent years and offers a wide range of spacious rooms for guests to relax in. On the lower floor is a large Italian designer kitchen, with neff & smeg appliances, underfloor heating, marble countertops, kitchen island & filter tap. Off the kitchen is the dining area, a great place to have meals as a group before or after a day in the city. There is a small WC/half bath on this level. The laundry room is off the staircase and has a washer and dryer. The middle floor houses the main interconnecting living rooms, with comfortable couches & seating, large smart TV, desk workspace and large windows to let in lots of natural light. Living room 2/study also has a sofa bed and can be closed off for privacy. Off the landing is the main bathroom, with a bath tub/shower. The upper floor houses the 3 main bedrooms on one level, with comfortable beds and views over the peaceful Portobello area of Dublin. The master bedroom has a full ensuite with large shower and walk-in wardrobe. My hotel-quality sheets are a nice touch too. The house is surrounded by local cafes, restaurants and is really the best location in Dublin City.
