Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Nice views of the surrounding countryside. Animals on site such as goats, chickens, guinea pigs, geese and donkeys, which we enjoyed. The venue seems to be something of a mini animal sanctuary as well as a holiday park. There is one particularly friendly chicken who will venture into your accommodation if you leave the door open! Facilities in the bungalow all worked okay. We were there for five days and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Conveniently close to the Eden Project and various National Trust and English Heritage properties.

Negative: The double bed bedroom was somewhat cramped, hence difficult to move around in, particularly at night with the light off. Part of the reason is that the radiator is directly behind the door which thus cannot be opened fully.

Summary: Lovely site which would be even better in good weather. Would go there again.
