The bright apartment offers a fully fitted, open plan kitchen, a living area with a four seat sofa, a 50 inch Samsung Smart TV with access to Netflix & Amazon Prime for your ultimate comfort. The apartment features walk-in showers in both bathrooms, the perfect place to wash after a long day at the beach. The kitchen contains everything you need and is the perfect place to cook and entertain in the evening. We have a well behaved humans only policy, no parties and no additional guests without obtaining prior consent. Please refer to our house rules before booking.

Bedroom 1 has a built in wardrobe to enable you to unpack your day beachwear and your going out outfits for the evening. Both bedrooms have hotel quality linen and luxury mattresses for a perfect night’s sleep after a trip down to the pier. Bedroom 2 has an en suite bathroom.
The beautifully crafted open plan kitchen, allows you to cook and entertain at the same time, as it is interconnected with the dining and lounge area. Complete with a Microwave, oven, and hobs. This kitchen provides the perfect arena in which to show off your cooking skills or simply cook a nice family meal or entertain your friends.
Additionally, the kitchen comprises a double fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
An apartment that has been lovingly designed with bespoke furnishing to accommodate get togethers around the dining table or around the TV, it truly is the perfect place to hang out with friends.

With this in mind noise must be kept to a minimum between 22:00 and 08:00. This includes no loud music or parties. If this rule is not adhered to our security team may be called out to visit our property and a charge will be passed onto you. Failure to comply could result in further visits and charges and in extreme circumstances you will be asked to leave the property. We have front door security cameras which are monitored 24 hour a day by a security desk. We also have a Minut alarm inside the property to monitor noise levels.
There is no parking however there is very local parking which can be found on the Justpark website. Alternatively, Brighton station is under a 10 minute walk away.
As you would expect with such a central location, the vibrant atmosphere of the city, with its charming local events and spontaneous street performances, doesn't always tuck in when you do. While the apartment itself provides a comfortable retreat from the bustling streets, the lively hum of the city can sometimes be heard, adding to the authentic Brighton experience.
