Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: A comfortable house with spacious ensuite rooms. Located directly across from the water with splendid views. The local town of Moville had some great pubs but you need your own transport to get there.

Negative: I received a msg thru booking.com that gave directions to locate the property said that the house was yellow, but when I followed the navigation to the house I arrived and the house was white! When I knocked at the door, no one answered so I assumed the navigation had taken me to the wrong property. I drove back and forth along the stretch of road looking for the ‘yellow’ house as advised but could not not find it. I then had to go into town to get access to data as the area had no coverage, just so I could contact the hosts for more information. I never got a response, so I went back to the ‘white’ house, not yellow as described, and thankfully someone answered the door this time. I had spent close to 1/2 hour driving up and down the road trying find the yellow house and waiting on a return message to confirm the property location with no data coverage. It was pretty annoying to be honest. The property wifi is also very weak so it’s a good place to go offline if you want. Also, they take cash only payments. Not a problem but you don’t find that out till you get there.
