The location is in the heart of Salcombe town with its bustle of shops, restaurants, cafes and vibrant atmosphere. The beaches can be viewed opposite from the cottage windows. The Harbour is of great interest teaming with boats; sailing races can be seen from the cottage which is situated on the start line of the Yacht Club. Walking on the cliff tops and the coastal path is delightful, especially along estuaries such as Ernemouth at low tide. There are more lovely beaches, namely, Bigbury, Bantham, Milton beach, Soar Mill and Thurleston, to explore nearby. Dartmouth too is not far away to visit. Golf courses are excellent in the area. The accommodation consists of two double bedrooms, with en-suite facilities, a lounge and a galley kitchen.
