The ground floor is home to modern kitchen with all the modern conveniences required to make sumptuous food for hungry guests. There is an adjoining dining room which can sit all guests comfortably. The kitchen is also equipped with a 'boot room' with washer / dryer should you need to clean clothes after a day rock pooling on the beach. There are also two sitting rooms, both equipped with televisions for relaxing with your family and friends.
The ground floor also accommodates two bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms.
The first floor accommodates a further four bedrooms (one double, one king size, one bunk bed and a super king) plus a family bathroom. Then the top floor accommodates three further bedrooms consisting of a twin, a king size and a single. All bedrooms are en-suite with the exception of the single and bunk bedrooms.
Outside there are two enclosed patio areas.
