In a quiet, Victorian residential street, it is a peaceful and relaxing location, but has the advantage of being just a 5-minute leisurely stroll to the bustle of Ayr town centre! Just along the road, Beresford Terrace has some nice shops, restaurants, and cafés. The nearest supermarket is Morrisons (10 min walk).
It has a large turning circle at the front, where horse and carriage would turn, providing lots of space for private parking right up to the front door. It is a quiet, well-equipped cottage that is perfect for holidays all year round
