3 Bedroom House in Ballinful

Beautiful three bedroom beach house facing south. Stunning, private location with panoramic views of the sea, mountains and farmland. Private driveway/entrance. 5 minute walk through our field/land at the house to the Tra Bui (Golden Strand Beach).

Our home has a spacious, bright open plan kitchen/dining area (70sqm). It opens out to a patio with outdoor table and chairs. Oak flooring throughout kitchen/dining and sitting rooms. Corian worktop in kitchen with double bowl stainless steel sink and drinking water tap. Dishwasher, electric cooker with glass hob, microwave, and fridge/freezer. Plenty of kitchen crockery, utensils, pots and pans. Kitchen cabinets with two large pull out drawer units. Pull out waste bin.

Wall-mounted television in kitchen/dining and second television in sitting room. Cozy 'kids library'/ office area off the kitchen with bean bags. Large piano fully tuned if you have a few notes.

Three bedrooms, one large en-suite with queen bed (extra single bed can be added) and window facing west to the beach and sunsets. Two bedrooms are facing east with the morning sun, both with double beds, washing basin, and wardrobe. Another basic bedroom downstairs, sleeps two. All beds are dressed with 100% cotton linen and set of designer towels for each guest.

Both bathrooms have power showers with VOYA seaweed organic products. Large utility room with washing machine, dryer, sink and plenty of storage presses and shelves. Mature gardens front and back. Gas barbeque.

Summary: The house was sparkling clean upon arrival. Mary and Des were very gracious hosts, bringing us an electric coffee pot (as I had never used a French press before), and sharing salmon with us for dinner on our first night. They could not do enough for us. The views of the water and mountains were breathtaking. A little off the beaten path, and exactly what we were looking for!!
