Summary: The room exceeded our expectations in size and offered a sea view. The staff exhibited great politeness and helpfulness. Our choice of The Burlington Hotel was influenced by its excellent restaurant located on Worthing's seafront. We dined both dinner and breakfast at this restaurant, and both experiences were extraordinary. The sole issue we encountered was a deteriorated window frame in our room. During our stay in June, characterised by hot weather, we were compelled to keep the window open to allow fresh air into the room, which lacked air conditioning, throughout the day and night. Regrettably, all windows at the property were in poor condition, exhibiting rot and being covered with mould and fungus. It was disheartening to observe that a historic hotel was in such a state of disrepair.
