Positive: Nicely appointed room with dual aspect windows and comfortable beds. Breakfast was buffet style which we prefer. Friendly helpful staff. Nice location and convenient parking. Nice garden area to sit in.

Negative: The lack of lifts made it a bit of a trawl to the second floor.
