Positive: Loved our stay in The Twelve, welcoming reception staff, good sized room, comfortable bed, delicious breakfast, obliging breakfast staff.

Negative: Room needs a little refresh, looking a little tired in places. When using hairdryer plugged into socket over main table there wasn't a mirror within easy access, suggest mirror be placed near socket so can use when blowdrying hair. Another issue occurred when we returned to bar around 9.30-10pm and asked barman for drinks of which one was a coffee to be told coffee machine was being cleaned so coffee not available. Disappointed he didnt come up with a solution to getting even an instant coffee. Felt this lacked customer service.
