Summary: Horrible stay, wedding party going on til 23.30 so I asked for a quiet room but instead it was near wedding party and no sound at all I had to be up for work at 6am Bed was lumpy and awful Shower looked pretty but had no pressure ,total rubbish Really poor check in made me wait twice Lift was out of order Air con did not work properly couldn’t adjust temp from 18 so pathetic and just to make it an all rounded crap experience the check out porter could see I was struggling with luggage and did not help Just a disaster Would not stay again a rip off in every sense
