The lounge area has an electric feature fireplace, a smart TV and DVD player and comfortable sofas to unwind from your day. The well equipped kitchen is perfectly situated to ensure space and centrally positioned is the dining table for your meals. Moving upstairs to your left is the family bathroom, with LED bathroom mirror, shower over bath and WC complete with under floor heating. Down the hall to your right is a twin bedroom with lovely sea views from your window and plenty of storage space. Opposite in the hall is the king-size master bedroom with coastal views and a en-suite shower room with WC and LED mirror.
Outside the tranquil space continues, with a deck area to the front, perfect for alfresco dining. A small courtyard area to the rear is also available with a bistro lounge set for the relaxed evenings. Take a wander in the owners shared gardens with multiple beautiful flowers in blossom.
