From the cottage, walk just over 1 mile through scenic downs to St Catherine’s Lighthouse. Any children in your party will be thrilled by a trip to Blackgang Chine, thought to be the UK's oldest theme park, under 2 miles away. Head into Sandown, 10 miles, for shops, eateries and family-friendly beaches. Also visit the dinosaur museum, stroll along the pier and enjoy the animal sanctuary here.
