The first house to be built in the village dates back to the 16th Century. This Grade II listed building is just on the outskirts of Margate, close to art, culture, restaurants and dining. The spacious, well-kept property boasts open fireplaces & wood burners, a well-equipped state-of-the-art kitchen, two acres of land, a hot tub, sound via Sonos, and just about everything you could expect for your experience.

Plenty of refrigeration space, including three fridges, plus specific wine cooler and an ice dispenser. If you’re cooking on a ceramic induction hob and a double electric oven, plus two microwaves and a dishwasher to take care of everything afterwards!
The Westgate train station is 200 yards away with a mainline into London and Margate. Alternatively, a quick, easy taxi or bus travel to Margate, just five minutes away or any of the surrounding towns in the area. The beautiful Westgate beach is just a 7-minute walk, and if you want to wander, there are beaches in both directions, Minnis Bay.
