The property is accessed via its own external oak open tread stairs. We have fibre broadband with the Little Brook WiFi router connected directly to it. It is wonderfully finished with a recently refurbished balcony off the living area affording countryside views and conveniently set back from the A28. There are many country walks directly from the property, several fine pubs are within a 5 - 15 minute drive and beaches are around a 20 minute drive away.
