The living room is well presented with timber floors, leather reclining suite, marble fireplace, inset stove, and offers views of the surrounding countryside. The large modern oak kitchen and dining room is very well equipped with all necessary equipment and modern conveniences including integrated dishwasher, fridge freezer with ice maker and filtered water, microwave, electric hob, double electric oven and solid fuel range cooker. Coastal views can be seen from the kitchen. The adjoining utility room includes a washing machine and dryer. A second lounge with comfortable couches and offering sea views is located beside the dining room, a perfect spot for a relaxing read. A large double bedroom with sliding mirrored wardrobes and en-suite shower, and a bathroom with large enclosed shower cubicle complete the ground floor accommodation.
Upstairs Accommodation: The upper floor of the property has a further 3 bedrooms, a reading area, and the main bathroom. The bedrooms consist of a twin bedroom with two single beds, a large double bedroom, and a family room. The family room has a king size bed and a double bed, mirrored wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with shower, sink and WC. The main bathroom is well presented with bath, electric shower, heated towel rail, basin and WC. Views of Cleggan Bay, Sallerna Beach, Aughrus Peninsula and the surrounding countryside can be seen from various rooms in the property.
