Ground floor: Upon entry to the property, you will see the spacious living room/dining area with views onto the patio and coastline. This room is tastefully furnished with a comfortable sofa and chairs, multi-channel TV, small library, and electric fire. The patio side of the property can be accessed from this room also. The dining area has an extendable table and chairs which will comfortably seat all 6 guests. Adjacent to the living room is a small modern kitchen that is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable self-catering stay. It includes a dishwasher, electric oven and hob, combined washer dryer, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, and ample tableware and cookware.
First floor: This floor houses two bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom, and the main family bathroom. Both bedrooms have sea views and are beautifully furnished with comfortable king-sized beds, chairs, lockers, vanity tables, lamps, and wardrobes. The king beds can be made into twin-bed configuration on request.
Second floor: The second floor is home to a spacious bedroom with lockers, lamps and a Velux window overlooking the ocean. Like the other bedrooms this too has is beautifully furnished with a king-sized bed, vanity table, lamps, and storage solutions. The king-sized bed can be made into twin-bed configuration on request.
The property is centrally heated throughout by an electric heating system. Bed linen and towels are provided. Heating, electricity and wi-fi is included in the rental price. Smoking is not allowed in the property. Sorry, no pets. The property may be unsuitable for those with mobility issues, due to internal steps. At owner's request, no children under 12 years old please. Free on-site parking is available for up to three cars.
